Other requirements may also apply_ These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability study/nitrate loading study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank <br /> usage must be performed prior to issuance of building permit as required by Section 9- <br /> 1105.2(d)of the San Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate loading study is required <br /> and a review fee of S 435.00 trust be paid at time of submittal to L•'nvironmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of Sate Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.Y.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater trcatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$87.00 per percolation hole is required_ <br /> 13. State on revised site: plans the maximum number of employees,members,and guests the <br /> sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the leach f eld arca will be barricaded <br /> so it cannot be driven over,parked on,or used as a storage area. This leach field area must <br /> be used for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any underground utility lines (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> C.
