f . The property shall connect to the Lathrop County Water <br /> District for water supply, and a "will serve" letter shall <br /> be provided. The owner will secure an agreement for water <br /> service from the Lathrop County Water District by December <br /> 15 , 1989 . The owner shall commence construction of the <br /> water line within 90 days of the execution of the <br /> agreemen- and diligently pursue construction to its <br /> completion. The water line shall be complete and opera- <br /> tional 60 calendar days after commencement of construc- <br /> tion. <br /> g. Public sewer service will be required in accordance with <br /> the adopted County Development Policies for Unincorporated <br /> Urban Centers when it becomes available , at which time the <br /> owner will be required to pay his proportionate share of <br /> fees for the service . <br /> 2 . Department of Public Health Services : <br /> a. Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required. A letter from the water supplier will be <br /> required which states that they have the capacity to serve <br /> the development and that the system meets State standards <br /> prior to recording the Final Map. <br /> b. Destroy or properly seal the abandoned well under permit <br /> and inspection by the Department of Public Health <br /> Services. <br /> c. State on revised plans or improvement plans that the leach <br /> field will be barricaded so that it cannot be driven over , <br /> parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field <br /> area must be used for that specific purpose only and can- <br /> not contain any underground utility lines. <br /> 3 . Sharpe Army Depot : <br /> a. Reflective roofs and other visual distractions to pilots <br /> shall not be allowed. <br /> b. An Avigation and Hazard Easement shall be granted to the <br /> U. S . Government by the property owner . <br /> 4 . Council of Governments : <br /> NOTE : A copy of the letter received from the Council is <br /> attached for your review. <br /> 5 . Planning Division: <br /> a. The owner shall notify the Director of Planning and <br /> Building Inspection, in writing, of the date that the <br /> agreement with the Lathrop County Municipal Water District <br /> is secured, the date on which construction of the water <br /> line commences, and the date that the water line becomes <br /> operational . <br /> Revised Conditions - 2 - ( 11-15-89) <br />
