The 100-year flood <br /> elevation will be approximately 17 feet NGVD. <br /> Harlan Road and Louise Avenue have existing right-of-way widths <br /> of 60+ and 60 feet, and planned right-of-way widths of 67 and 84 <br /> feet, respectively. <br /> Ordinance Requirements : <br /> 1. Public sanitary sewer and water services shall be provided. <br /> Annexation to Lathrop County Water District is required. <br /> 2. The developer shall agree to participate in an Area of <br /> Benefit or other financial mechanism for the Reclamation <br /> District 17 levee improvement project. <br /> 3 . An Improvement Plan, prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer, <br /> showing drainage, access road details, on-site parking, and <br /> grading, shall be submitted to the Department of Public Works <br /> for approval. <br />
