An encroachment permit is required for work at Harlan Road. <br /> Plans of the construction shall be approved by the Public Works <br /> Department (Permits Section) , and an encroachment permit is <br /> required for work in other road rights-of-way. This <br /> encroachment permit for the processed water supply system will <br /> be issued after the Franchise Agreement has been approved by <br /> the Board of Supervisors. <br /> 6. When adopted , Lathrop Traffic Impact Mitigation fee is required <br /> for this development. This fee shall be $0.38/sq. ft. of <br /> building or $3 ,300/acre , whichever yields the larger fee. The <br /> fee shall be automatically adjusted annually by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News <br /> Record. <br /> LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICT <br /> 1. Connection to an approved water system is required. <br /> 2. Connection to a public sewer system is required. <br /> 3. Cake Material: A waste content determination must be made <br /> prior to disposal, Contact DOHS-TSCD to verify who will make <br /> determination and where waste can ultimately be disposed. <br /> 4. Application must be made to the San Joaquin County Air <br /> Pollution Control District for the necessary air pollution <br /> permit. <br /> 5. File a Report of Waste Discharge with the California Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board , Central Valley Region. <br /> 6. Obtain an operating permit from the Federal Environmental <br /> Protection Agency. <br /> 7. Provide the San Joaquin Local Health District with copies of <br /> all documents and reports sent to the CRWQCB and the EPA and <br /> prior to construction. <br /> 8. Obtain an injection well permit from the San Joaquin Local <br /> Health District after approval by the CRWQCB and EPA and prior <br /> to construction. <br /> 9. A cement grout seal in the annular space between the outer <br /> conductor casing and well casing to an impervious formation <br /> below one hundred (100) feet will be required. <br />
