Signage shall be limited to one monument type sign <br /> conforming to Planning Title Section 9-3606. <br /> e. A trash enclosure shall be provided and designated on <br /> the Improvement Plan. The enclosure shall be designed to <br /> accommodate all trash receptacles and constructed on <br /> three sides with a solid wall and gated on the fourth <br /> side. <br /> f. An Improvement Plan showing drainage, driveway access <br /> details, on-site parking, existing and proposed utility <br /> services, and grading shall be submitted for approval. <br /> Storm drainage shall be retained on the site, and <br /> provisions for the run-off shall be shown on the <br /> Improvement Plan. Pond capacity calculations shall be <br /> submitted for approval (Planning Title Section 9-10002) . <br /> g. All landscaping and parking lot requirements shall be <br /> completed prior to issuance of a certificate of <br /> occupancy. <br /> h. Parking lot lighting shall be required for nighttime <br /> operation and shall meet the following standards: <br /> 1 . The equivalent of one foot-candle illumination <br /> shall be provided throughout the parking area. <br /> 2 . All lighting shall be on a time clock or photo- <br /> sensor system. <br /> 3 . Any outdoor lighting shall be designed to confine <br /> direct rays to the premises, with no spillover <br /> beyond the project site. <br /> SSS:RD <br />
