The 2010 General <br /> Plan designates Eight Mile Road as an Express Road, and the <br /> proposed Specific Road Plan for Eight Mile Road has a right-of-way <br /> width of 145 feet at this location. <br /> Lower Sacramento Road has an existing right-of-way width of 80 <br /> feet, and a planned right-of-way width of 110 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> 1. Dedication to result in a 55-foot wide right-of-way from the <br /> centerline of Lower Sacramento Road to the property line <br /> across developed portion or frontage created by Parcel Map <br /> shall be required. (Planning Title Section 9-2123) <br /> 2 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of <br /> building permit application.
