m. BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance requirementswill be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans <br /> before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) Exterior walls less than twenty (20)_feet from a property line shall be of one-hour, fire-resistive <br /> construction. Openings will not be permitted less than five (5) feet and protected less than ten <br /> (110)feet. <br /> (2) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements(C.C.R.,Title 24). <br /> + <br /> n. UNIFORM FIRE CODE The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Community Development Department for a building permit: <br /> (1) Fire flow will be provided for proposed buildings by the use of static water supply(NFPA 1231 of <br /> the National Fire Code) <br /> (2) Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with Section 902.2 of the California Fire <br /> Code and the standards adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Association. <br /> (3) Fire department access to buildings shall be in accordance with Section 902.4. A knox box <br /> (key box)shall be installed according to fire department instructions. <br /> (4) Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with California Fire Code, Volume 2, <br /> Standard 10-1. <br /> o.
