SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) The south end of the parking lot shall be screened from the adjacent mobile <br /> home park with a solid masonry wall six to seven feet in height, and a five-foot- <br /> wide planting strip shall be installed adjacent to the wall and the parking area. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1020.6[e]) <br /> (2) Trash bins shall be kept in an enclosure with solid walls on three sides and gated <br /> on the fourth side. FIRE MARSHALL: The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated int he <br /> construction plans before submittal to the Community Development Department for a <br /> building permit: <br /> (1) Fire flow will be provided for propose buildings by the use of: <br /> A. Appendix III-A of the Uniform Fire Code (public water mains). <br /> B. NFPA 1231 of the National Fire Code (static water supply). <br /> (2) Fire hydrants shall be supplied in accordance with Appendix III-B of the Uniform <br /> Fire Code. <br /> (3) Fire systems shall be installed according to Article 10 of the California Fire <br /> Code, the appropriate standards and guides adopted in Chapter 35 of the <br /> California Building Code, and the California Electrical Code. <br /> Conditions of Approval - 3 - UP-97-9 <br />
