h. Landscaping shall comply with the requirements of Sections 9-1020.9(a) and 9-1020.6 of <br /> the Development Title. Areas which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from <br /> traffic. �- <br /> i. Outdoor storage areas shall be screened as required by Section 9-1022.4(e)(2) of the <br /> Development Title. Outdoor storage areas shall be surfaced to limit dust. <br /> j. All lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond <br /> the property line shall be permitted, except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, <br /> that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. <br /> k. Submit an Improvement Plan, prepared by a civil engineer, showing drainage (including <br /> calculations), driveway access details, on-site parking, existing and proposed utility <br /> services, and grading. The drainage pattern and corresponding storm drain <br /> improvements shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. A plan check fee will be <br /> required. (Development Title Section 9-884) <br /> I. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance requirements <br /> will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to <br /> the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) Exterior walls less than 20 feet from a property line shall be constructed of one- <br /> hour, fire-resistive material. <br /> (2) The proposed building shall be provided with an automatic fire sprinkler system <br /> or divided into areas less than 6,000 square feet by area separation walls. <br /> (3) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements. (CCR,Title <br /> 24) <br /> (1) The existing structure exceeds the allowable floor area permitted by the Uniform <br /> Building Code for a 6-2 occupancy. The building shall be provided with an <br /> automatic fire sprinkler system. <br /> M.
