In the 1963 photo, it appears that an area at the northwest corner of the Site has
been replanted with new orchard. No other significant changes are apparent.
In the 1975 photo, two new structures (the mobile home and smaller shop) can
be seen on the Site. A new residence can be seen on the second parcel carved
from the current Site. It appears that the adjacent land to the southwest is being L
developed for residential use. A new rural residence can be seen to the west.
In the 1998 photo, one additional structure (the larger shop) is apparent on the
Site. The portion of the Site outside the building cluster appears to be vineyard.
The residential subdivision to the southwest appears complete. Seven new
residences can be seen in a cluster to the east.
In the 2005 and 2011 photos, no significant changes are apparent.
4.0 SITE INSPECTION
Live Oak inspected the site on February 25, 2015. Photographs of the Site are
attached to this report as Appendix 2. Live Oak viewed the western, southern,
and eastern property lines of the Site and the exterior of the structures. The
interiors of the structures were not inspected. It was not always possible to
inspect the ground surface due to objects, road surfacing, and vegetation.
The Site consists of open land that has been deep ripped in preparation for
planting. A driveway leads from Lower Sacramento Road to the building cluster
on the Site. At the building cluster, two shops, a bunk house, a small office, and
a mobile home are present. A domestic well is located north of the larger shop.
Two aboveground storage tanks (labeled diesel and gasoline), as well as a drum
of waste oil, were located north of the larger shop as well. The area north of the
small office is open land.
Three out-of-service irriga -Wells were observed on the Site. The first is
located south of the larger shop: The second is located along Woodbridge Road
nearthe-southeast-C6rner of the Site. The third is located on the eastern side of
the Site approximately 600 feet from the eastern property line.
Infrastructure related to the natural gas pipeline which runs along the northern
property line was observed near the northwest corner of the Site. Pipeline
marker signs were also observed.
Two pole-mounted transformers are located east of the larger shop, and a third
pole-mounted transformer is located east of the entire building cluster. An
additional six transformers were observed along the southern property line
(Woodbridge Road). Two transformers are located near the irrigation well on the
LOGE 1504 3
