east side of the Site. No labeling of the polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) content <br /> of the transformers was observed. <br /> To the north of the Site are vineyards, as well as a house and a shop. To the <br /> west of the Site is Lower Sacramento Road, followed by an orchard. To the east <br /> of the Site are vineyards, orchard, and rural residences. To the south of the Site <br /> is Woodbridge Road, followed by open land, grazing land, vineyard, and a rural <br /> residence. Rural residences are located on the parcels carved from within the <br /> Site parcels. <br /> 5.0 INTERVIEWS <br /> 5.1 Interview with Client <br /> Ron McManis was interviewed during the site visit on February 25, 2015. He <br /> indicated that he has a 25 year lease on the Site with the right to purchase in the <br /> future; he has been leasing the Site since November of 2014. <br /> Mr. McManis stated that two shop buildings and an old house on the Site were <br /> demolished last year; the bunk house, office, and large shop are planned for <br /> demolition in the near future. The mobile home on the Site is new and was <br /> placed in the same location as an older mobile home, now removed. A septic <br /> s sy tem located near the old house was demolished under permit at the same <br /> time. Mr. McManis stated that the domestic well and two irrigation wells on the <br /> south and east sides of the -Site will be emo Fished in the Tufu—re.--A ne-W--9hbp <br /> building will be constructed, and new domestic and irrigation wells will be drilled <br /> in the area to the north of the current building cluster. <br /> Mr. McManis had no knowledge of the uses of the Site prior to his lease. He was <br /> not aware of any underground storage tanks on the Site currently or in the past. <br /> He stated that no trash burial areas or other concerns had been encountered <br /> during earthmoving activities on the Site. <br /> 6.0 SITE DOCUMENTS <br /> 6.1 Environmental Health Department Records <br /> Hazardous Materials Records <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department was contacted <br /> regarding the Site addresses of 19750 North Lower Sacramento Road and 2501 <br /> East Woodbridge Road. Live Oak reviewed records on file at that agency on <br /> February 19, 2015. Included in the file was a Permit to Operate as a small <br /> quantity hazardous waste generator facility, good through December 31, 2014. <br /> LOGE 1504 4 <br />
