The file also included an Aboveground Petroleum Storage Program Survey Form <br /> which listed three tanks on the Site: a 1,000-gallon diesel tank, a 1,000-gallon <br /> gasoline 87 tank, and a 55-gallon waste oil tank. Two Hazardous Materials <br /> Inventories from 2009 and 2010 were also on file, indicating that sulfur, diesel, <br /> acetylene, oxygen, and Paraquat were stored on the Site year round. Copies of <br /> these records have been included in Appendix 4 of this report. <br /> Well & Septic Permits <br /> Live Oak reviewed the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> well and septic permit files for the Site addresses; six permits were identified, all <br /> for the address of 19750 North Lower Sacramento Road: <br /> • July 1964 permit for new labor camp septic system. The system utilized a <br /> 3,600-gallon septic tank and three 70-foot leach lines. Wells are depicted <br /> to the west and south. <br /> • November 1967 permit addition of one 60-foot leach line to existing <br /> residential septic system. <br /> • October 1973 permit for new septic system at mobile home. The system <br /> utilized a 1,200-gallon septic tank and two 80-foot leach lines. <br /> • March 1976 permit for repair to residential septic system. A new 1,200- <br /> gallon septic tank and 150-foot le h tiro installed. <br /> • October 2014 permit for septic - at house. <br /> • December 2014 permit f new septic syste t mobile home. <br /> Copies of these permits have been included in Appendix 5 of this report. <br /> 6.2 Building Permits <br /> The San Joaquin County Community Development Department, Building <br /> Inspection Division, was contacted regarding past building permits on the Site. <br /> The following permits were identified: <br /> • August 1973 permit for new mobile home. <br /> • July 1979 permit for new agricultural storage building (referred to in this <br /> report as the "larger shop"). <br /> • June 1982 permit for addition of living room to existing residence (appears <br /> to be the mobile home). <br /> Copies of the building permits are included in Appendix 5 of this report. <br /> LOGE 1504 5 <br />
