The file also included an Aboveground Petroleum Storage Program Survey Form which listed three tanks on the Site: a 1,000-gallon diesel tank, a 1,000-gallon gasoline 87 tank, and a 55-gallon waste oil tank. Two Hazardous Materials Inventories from 2009 and 2010 were also on file, indicating that sulfur, diesel, acetylene, oxygen, and Paraquat were stored on the Site year round. Copies of these records have been included in Appendix 4 of this report. Well & Septic Permits Live Oak reviewed the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department well and septic permit files for the Site addresses; six permits were identified, all for the address of 19750 North Lower Sacramento Road: • July 1964 permit for new labor camp septic system. The system utilized a 3,600-gallon septic tank and three 70-foot leach lines. Wells are depicted to the west and south. • November 1967 permit addition of one 60-foot leach line to existing residential septic system. • October 1973 permit for new septic system at mobile home. The system utilized a 1,200-gallon septic tank and two 80-foot leach lines. • March 1976 permit for repair to residential septic system. A new 1,200- gallon septic tank and 150-foot le h tiro installed. • October 2014 permit for septic - at house. • December 2014 permit f new septic syste t mobile home. Copies of these permits have been included in Appendix 5 of this report. 6.2 Building Permits The San Joaquin County Community Development Department, Building Inspection Division, was contacted regarding past building permits on the Site. The following permits were identified: • August 1973 permit for new mobile home. • July 1979 permit for new agricultural storage building (referred to in this report as the "larger shop"). • June 1982 permit for addition of living room to existing residence (appears to be the mobile home).
