Development Title Section 9-1025.9(d) states: "The Review Authority shall <br /> require the preparation of an acoustical study in instances where it has determined that <br /> a project may expose existing or proposed noise sensitive land uses to noiselevels <br /> exceeding specified in Development Title Table 9-1025.9. An Acousfical Study was <br /> conducted by Bollard & Brennan Inc. dated August 3, 2006 and indicated no additional <br /> mitigation is required. <br /> Traffic <br /> A Traffic Study was conducted by DKS Associates dated December 15, 2006 and <br /> indicated no additional mitigation is required as the project does not result in any <br /> significant transportation impacts. <br /> Road Naming Procedures <br /> All subdivision road names shall be submitted to the Community Development Department <br /> for approval by the Director prior to submittal of the Final Map and shall be included on the <br /> Final Map. (Development Title Section 9-1150.18) <br /> Street Trees <br /> Development Title Section 9-1020.4 states a minimum of three (3) trees are required for <br /> each lot frontage in the Rural Residential zone. As a result, a minimum of three trees <br /> shall be planted for each lot frontage.- For corner lots, street trees shall be required on <br /> 2 <br />
