MULLER RD. <br /> Page No. 2 <br /> III PRESENT AND PAST USE OF THE SITE <br /> Parcel-I was part grain and part asparagus for about 30 years. The parcel is now covered <br /> by 2-5 year old grape vines. Parcel-2 has been an alfalfa field since 1966 with the western half <br /> still in alfalfa. The eastern half is presently planted in corn. <br /> IV EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> The three existing homes are all 30 to 40 years old and each utililize an on-site septic <br /> system. The systems consist of septic tanks and shallow leach lines. According to the owners <br /> there have not been any problems with the systems. In addition there were two neighbors in <br /> reasonably close proximity to the subject property. These were interviewed and this information <br /> is presented next: <br /> OWNER: Costa Family <br /> ADDRESS: 4301 W. Muller Rd., Stockton <br /> LOCATION: 1000 feet east of the Parcel-1. <br /> AGE OF HOUSE: 50 years <br /> SEPTIC SYSTEM: Yes, utilizing a septic system with leach lines 3 feet deep located on the <br /> north end of the house. The owner recalls to have at least 3 leach lines <br /> but there could be more. The owner has had no problems with the system. <br /> OWNER: Angelina Santos <br /> ADDRESS: 5077 S. Wilholt Rd., Stockton <br /> LOCATION: northwest of the Parcel-2 <br /> AGE OF HOUSE: 85 years <br /> SEPTIC SYSTEM: Yes, utilizing a septic system with leach lines. The owner was unable to <br /> answer as to how many leach lines were put in place or their lengths.
