(1) A minimum ten-foot-wide landscaped strip shall be installed across the frontage <br /> of the project site. <br /> (2) Areas of the property that are not part of the project shall be barricaded from <br /> traffic and kept mowed and dust free. (Development Title Section 9-1020.6) <br /> g. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, <br /> shall be enclosed by a screen six to eight feet in height. Items stored within 100 <br /> feet of a dedicated street or residential zone shall not be stacked higher than two <br /> feet above the adjacent screen. (Development Title Section 9-1022.4[e][2][A]) <br /> h. Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements. (CCR, Title 24) <br /> i. A grading plan shall be submitted by the applicant, and it shall be approved and a <br /> grading permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to any excavation or filling <br /> of earth material. <br /> j. Provide parking for the physically disabled. The spaces shall be located as close as <br /> possible to the primary entrance. (CCR, Title 24) <br /> k. The building will be classified as an H-4 occupancy for a general shop building and, <br /> consequently, will require fire sprinklers when greater than 3,000 square feet of floor <br /> area. <br /> 2.
