Copies of selected documents are included in <br /> Appendix C. <br /> 1.3 Existing and Proposed Septic Tank Usage <br /> 1.3.1 Existing On-Site Septic Tank Usage <br /> At the time of Terracon's field work, the existing septic system was in use by the existing <br /> residence. <br /> 1.3.2 Site Specific Permit History <br /> Based on a review of permits available on the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department (EHD) website, one Application for Sanitation Permit was issued for the site in the <br /> year 1971 (No. 71-334).The permit indicated a 60 foot leach long was added to the existing septic <br /> system for a two bedroom residence. A diagram on the permit depicted the existing septic tanks <br /> located east of the residence with two 60 foot long leach lines extending north toward Highway <br /> 120. Septic tank sizes were not reported on the permits. A groundwater well was depicted south <br /> of the residence. A diagram on the Application for Well Construction or Pump Permit dated 1977 <br /> (No. 77-1073) depicted a groundwater well located south of the residence and a new well was <br /> proposed to be developed south of the garage. <br /> 1.3.3 Discussion of On-Site Septic Tank Repair <br /> Refer to Section 1.3.2. <br /> Responsive■ Resourceful ■ Reliable 5 <br />
