Based on a review of <br /> the EHD septic permits, the site is equipped with one septic system. The vicinity of the site <br /> consists of agricultural land, rural residences, and Franzia Winery. With the exception of the <br /> winery, the assumption was made that each building/cluster of buildings has one septic system. <br /> Using this method, we determined there is an average of 20 systems per ''/z mile in the vicinity of <br /> the site. Refer to Section 1.3.5 for a history of septic permits in the site vicinity. <br /> 1.3.5 Septic Permit History in the Vicinity <br /> Septic permits on file with the EHD were requested for the adjoining properties surrounding the <br /> site.
