This Plan <br /> must show drainage, driveway access details including gates, on-site parking, landscaping, <br /> signs, existing and proposed utility services, grading, etc. <br /> • Please provide verification that 212 parking spaces will be a sufficient amount of parking to <br /> accommodate 96 tee off stations, a 9-hole golf course, and a 5,000 square foot clubhouse that <br /> includes a restaurant, bar, golf shop, and entertainment center. <br /> • Provide at least three (3) feet of freeboard around the perimeter of the driving range pond. <br /> • Golf ball netting should be placed along the east side of the driving range pond to protect <br /> golfers in that area.
