(DISTRICT 5). <br /> APPLICANT: APN: 241-030-03 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood <br /> Hazard Area. <br /> Madruga Road has an existing right-of-way width of 50 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> QX-00-01 <br /> 1. The excavation plan shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer or Land Surveyor and <br /> include the following: <br /> a. Detail of access road (first 100 feet from Madruga Road shall be paved). <br /> b. A plan of the haul route for County roads. <br /> C. Stockpile area for top soil. (No excavation or stockpile shall be allowed within 25 feet of the <br /> property boundary, or the County right-of-way.) (Development Title 9-1415.3) <br /> 2. All private roads involved in an excavation shall be maintained so as to control the dust. <br /> 3. A video tape of the planned haul route showing conditions of all County roads. The condition <br /> of San Joaquin County maintained roads along the haul route shall be reviewed with the <br /> Department of Public Works prior to the start of excavation. <br /> (Development Title 9-1415.2) <br /> 4. Loads on all public roads shall be restricted to legal loads only. <br /> (Street and Highway Title Section 10-2350) <br /> 5. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within Madruga Road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title 9-1145.4) <br />
