A drainage basin was observed along the western property <br /> boundary along Blossom Road. Canals and ditches were <br /> observed throughout the property. A drainage pond is near the <br /> pumps located near northeast corner of the property. <br /> Stained soil or pavement? Some surface staining was observed on the drive and parking <br /> areas located near the shop buildings, fueling area and <br /> equipment storage area. Additional staining was seen under the <br /> leaking tractor located in the same area. (See Appendix B, <br /> Photos) <br /> Solid waste? Approximately four dozen tires were observed around the shop <br /> buildings of which approximately two dozen tires were on <br /> pallets. No batteries were observed. Debris piles were observed <br /> near Peltier Road including a metal debris pile, refrigerator and <br /> burn area at the southwest portion of the property. <br /> Waste water discharge? A water runoff area was observed near the chemical storage <br /> shed and wash area. <br /> Wells or septic systems?
