There were no additional records <br /> found in the building department files. Terracon inquired if the <br /> department maintains hazardous materials or storage tank <br /> records and was referred to the EHD for the inquiry. Refer to <br /> above response. <br /> Liberty Fire District/Email According to Ms. Cara Horn, the agency does not have <br /> records incident to our request. Ms. Horn recommended <br /> contacting the San Joaquin County Community Development <br /> Department. Refer to above response. <br /> Department of Toxic Substances According to Ms. Katrina Waits, there were no records found. <br /> Control Board/Email <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board/ According Ms. Margie Saldana,there were no records found. <br /> Email <br /> San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution According to Ms. Theresa Haywood, there were no records <br /> Control District/ Email found. <br /> Division of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Based on a review of the website, one plugged and <br /> Resources Well Finder/Online search abandoned dry gas well (API #07700067) is located on APN <br /> 017-260-31. Based on a review of the well abandonment <br /> record, in August 1957, the former dry gas well was drilled to <br /> depth of 4,401 feet, and was plugged with cement in three <br /> intervals between 2,650 to 2,202 feet bgs, 726 feet to 670 <br /> feet bgs, and 15 to 25 feet bgs. A cap was welded over the <br /> casing at the ground surface on August 28, 1957. The record <br /> noted the abandonment was incomplete and the landowner <br /> took responsibility of the boring for a future water well. A <br /> letter from the owner also dated August 28, 1957 confines <br /> the owner Ernest Gribaudo accepted responsibility of the <br /> well. <br /> San Joaquin County Agricultural Ms. Hiromi Hernandez, of the agency, provided pesticide use <br /> Commissioner/ Email records for the site dating from 2010 to 2018. The EPA's <br /> Restricted Use Products (RUP) Summary Report dated <br /> October 12, 2017 was searched for the chemicals reportedly <br /> applied to the site. Based a review of the pesticide use <br /> records,there were no RUPs identified. <br /> Selected copies of the agency responses are included in Appendix C. <br /> 3.1.3 Site Reconnaissance <br /> A visual reconnaissance of the site was conducted on February 21, 2018 by Tamara K.
