e. UNIFORM FIRE CODE: The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Community Development Department for a building permit. <br /> (1) This project will potentially serve more than three residences and shall comply with San <br /> Joaquin County Section 9-1150.18, Standards for Road Names and Road Name Changes, <br /> Public and Private. Please contact Jim Van Buren at 468-2374 to complete this process prior <br /> to requesting Fire Department approval. <br /> (2) The four new parcels shall be addressed off Samra-Rayer Lane, and a private road sign <br /> indicating "Samra-Hayer Lane," reflective brown in nature with lighter colored lettering, shall be <br /> installed at the junction of Peltier Road and Samra-Hayer Lane. The addressing shall be <br /> coordinated with the appropriate Community Development Department staff. <br /> f. BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION: The Building Inspection Division has reviewed the site plan <br /> and project description and has noted the following issues that must be addressed. <br /> (1) Grading permits are required for the road and builtup lots. <br /> 2. COUNTY COUNSEL <br /> a. HOLD HARMLESS PROVISION: Pursuant to Section 66474.9 of the Government Code, the <br /> subdivider shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the local agency or its agents, officers, and <br /> employees from any claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency or its agents, officers, or <br /> employees to attack, set aside, void, or annul an approval of the local agency, advisory agency, <br /> appeal board, or legislative body concerning a subdivision, which action is brought within the time <br /> provided for in Section 66499.37 of the Government Code. <br /> 3.
