Peltier Road APN: 007-370-19 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated <br /> Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Peltier Road has an existing right-of-way width of 82-feet and a planned right-of-way width of <br /> 84-feet. <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due <br /> and payable at the time of building permit application. <br /> The fire road (including secondary access) will be required to be improved in accordance with <br /> the requirements of Uniform Fire Code Section 10.207. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. A Parcel Map is required. (Development Title Section 9-915.2) <br /> 2. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within the County road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 3.
