-2- <br /> (3) Truck terminals shall be located on a Minor Arterial or higher classification roadway <br /> and within one road mile of a freeway interchange; <br /> • The site is located on Peltier Road, a Major Arterial Roadway, within 1,000 feet <br /> of the interchange with State Route 99. <br /> (4) Truck terminals shall provide for acceleration and deceleration lanes or other traffic <br /> control devise determined to be necessary by Public Works; <br /> ■ The underlying project is being processed and it will be conditioned consistent <br /> with this requirement. <br /> (5) Truck terminals shall be developed so that all truck activities are conducted within <br /> the confines of the terminal property with screening from adjacent property; <br /> • The underlying project is being processed and it will be conditioned consistent <br /> with this requirement. <br /> (6) Truck terminals shall provide screening, landscaping, and buffers to the road and <br /> adjacent land uses; <br /> • The underlying project is being processed it will be conditioned consistent with <br /> this requirement. <br /> (7) Truck terminals shall be developed so there is adequate room to allow for easy <br /> maneuvering of trucks in and out of the terminal and in and out of docks, and for <br /> parking both of the trucks and employee vehicles; <br /> ■ The underlying project is being processed it will be conditioned consistent with <br /> this requirement. <br /> (8) Truck terminals shall not be adjacent to residential, commercial (other than freeway <br /> service areas), or Resource Conservation areas that are designated on the County <br /> General Plan Map. <br /> ■ The site is not located adjacent to residential, commercial, or resource <br /> conservation areas that are designated on the General Plan Map. <br /> Bases for Zone Reclassification <br /> In order to recommend approval of the proposed Zone Reclassification, the Planning <br /> Commission will need to make the following Bases for Zone Reclassification: <br />
