Co. V3.1.7 Site Reconnaissance A visual reconnaissance of the subject property was conducted on December 17, 2008. Photographs of the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix B. Observations made during the site visit are summarized in the following table: V Summary of Site Visit Observations Site Visit Observations Subject Property Current Use of Property The property consists of seven parcels (APNs 011-120- 15, 011-120-05, 011-120-06, 011-130-21, 011-130-02 & 011-190-09 & 003-040-12). No addresses were observed on the property. The property consists of vineyards and irrigation channels. Electrical transmission lines cross parcels -05 and -09. Evidence of Past Uses of None observed Property? Odors? None observed Pools of Liquid? None observed Electric or hydraulic Approximately nine pole mounted transformers were equipment likely to contain observed on the property. Five transformers were polychlorinated biphenyls observed at the southeast corner of parcel -15 near the (PCBs)? well. One transformer was observed on parcel -05 near the well. Three transformers were observed on parcel - 09, one at the southeast corner of the property and two near the southwest portion of the property. All pole mounted transformers were marked with a blue PCB free sticker and no leaks were observed. Storage tanks? Three large plastic tanks labeled sulfuric acid, were observed on the property, two at the well located at the southeast corner of -15 and one at the well on parcel - 05. Drums or other containers?
