Moderate to minor staining was observed around the well eads located on parcels -15, -08, -09 and -12. Solid waste? None—obseNed Waste water discharge? None observed Wells or septic systems? Four wells were observed on parcels -15, -08, -09 and - 12. No septic systems were observed. Vicinity Observations Topography of property and Relatively flat vicinity Current use of adjoining Irrigation channels, vineyards and rural residential properties surround most of the property. A residence, farming storage facility, auto/ag equipment storage area and an above ground storage tank (AST) were observed on the adjacent property north of parcel -15. The AST did not appear to be within a secondary containment unit. West of the property is Thornton Road and Interstate 5. East of the property is agriculture and rural residences. Peltier Road borders the property to the south then vineyards. The Union Pacific Railroad crosses the property between parcels -15 and -06 as well as parcels - 21 and -02.
