The Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board, Centra] Valley office, has reviewed the opera- <br /> tional plan for this facility, and it has made a determination <br /> that the facility complies with the water quality regulations <br /> administered by its office . <br /> Air Quality• <br /> The Air Pollution Control District has developed conditions to <br /> safeguard against potential airborne contamination. <br /> Hazardous Wastes : <br /> There is no evidence that the project will involve the genera- <br /> tion of hazardous wastes . The Health District notes, however , <br /> that if the project does generate hazardous wastes, then the <br /> applicant will be required to comply with applicable Federal . <br /> State , and local regulations. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL CONSIDERATIONS : <br /> The Environmental Initial Study prepared for UP-88-32 concluded <br /> that with the improvement requirements and operational regula- <br /> tions identified in the Conditions of Approval , the project would <br /> not have a significant , adverse effect on the project ' s environ- <br /> ment . On this basis, a Negative Declaration has been prepared. <br />
