(3) Each parking stall shall be an unobstructed rectangle, minimum nine (9) feet wide <br /> and twenty(20)feet long. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[b]) <br /> (4) All parking stalls and directional arrows must be delineated with paint. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[d]) <br /> f. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on <br /> the Site Plan. <br /> (1) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five(25) feet for two- <br /> way aisles and sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1015.5[h]) <br /> g. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be <br /> installed according the standards set forth in Section 9-1015.5 of the Development <br /> Title. <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover <br /> beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, <br /> provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) <br /> h. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All areas requiring landscaping shall conform to Section 9-1020 of the Development <br /> Title. One(1) tree shall be planted in the parking lot. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1020.5) <br /> (2) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor <br /> storage areas or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. At a minimum. a <br /> ten (10)foot wide planting strip is required along adjacent streets. The strip shall be <br /> continuous except where crossed by driveways and walkways (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1020.7) <br /> (3) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from <br /> traffic and kept mowed and dust free. <br /> (4) Landscape plans shall be submitted with the Site Plans. <br /> SCREENING: Screen ng shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A solid masonry wall six (6) to seven (7) feet in height shall be erected along the <br /> east property line. (Development Title Section 1022.4[d][11) <br /> (2) All outside storage areas, including covered parking areas, storage areas for trash. <br /> and related activities. shall be screened so as not to be visible from adjacent <br /> properties and public rights-of-way. Screening shall be six (6) to seven (7) feet in <br /> height. Outside storage is not permitted in front yards, street side yards, or in front <br /> of main buildings.
