Mr. Attebery asked if he they could use section 9-1022.4 out of the code that talks about the trees and the <br /> use of screening and the three year requirement. <br /> Mr. Martin stated that he did not want to cite the Development Title because it is not an ordinance <br /> requirement to have the area screened.
