(DISTRICT 1) <br /> APPLICANT: Bruce Mathews APN: 201-030-19 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> State Highway Route 99 on/off ramp has an existing right-of-way width of 56 feet and a planned <br /> right-of-way width as determined by Caltrans. French Camp Road has an existing right-of-way width <br /> of 80 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 84 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of <br /> San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.5 <br /> 3. The owner shall execute an Irrevocable Offer and Agreement to Dedicate Road to result in a <br /> eighty-four(84) foot wide right-of-way from the centerline of French Camp road to the property <br /> line across the parcel's frontage. In addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and a legal description <br /> of the parcel to be offered for dedication.)
