(2) A minimum two(2) of parking spaces shall be provided, including one (1) van accessible space. <br /> Accessible spaces shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., Title <br /> 24). ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site <br /> Plan: Access gates shall remain open during business hours or be recessed from the property line a <br /> minimum of sixty-five (65)feet. <br /> g. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be installed. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the <br /> property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that such <br /> light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: All storage materials <br /> and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be enclosed by a screen six (6) to <br /> eight(8) feet in height along the north, east, and south boundaries of the storage area(s). Items <br /> stored within one hundred (100) feet of a dedicated street or residential zone shall not be stacked <br /> higher than two (2) feet above the adjacent screen. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. The fee currently is $178.88 per additional <br /> daily trip-end generated in the Manteca area.
