September 28, 2004 <br /> NOA Project Number: E04106A <br /> 3.1.7 Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources <br /> IBM The California Department of Oil,Gas,and Geothermal Resources(DOGGR)Wildcat Map#606 <br /> was reviewed for evidence of oil or gas wells on or in the vicinity of the subject property. No <br /> wells are depicted within one-quarter mile of the subject property. <br /> him <br /> 3.1.8 Site Reconnaissance <br /> A visual reconnaissance of the subject property was conducted on September 8, 2004. <br /> Photographs of the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix B. A site <br /> visit/assessment checklist is attached to this report as Appendix D. <br /> The subject property was observed to be flat, roughly rectangular in shape, and planted almost <br /> tan entirely with an almond orchard. Infrastructure for flood irrigation was observed to run through <br /> the orchard. The western property line is defined by a dirt road which was once a railroad track. <br /> A primary residence (13039 S. Hwy. 99), guest house, and barn were observed at the northeast <br /> corner of the subject property. The residence on parcel 29 of the subject property(13 101 S.Hwy. <br /> 99) was observed to the south of this area. The interiors of the structures were not inspected. <br /> A 200-gallon above-ground fuel storage tank was observed near the barn. The chemical mixing <br /> 6. location indicated by Ms. Marek in the environmental questionnaire was observed; no evidence <br /> of chemical spills was observed. Minor soil staining was observed to the west of the barn. <br /> him One pole-mounted transformer was observed along the eastern property boundary. No blue <br /> PCB-free or silver retrofit stickers were observed. The transformer was white and appeared <br /> relatively new. Six additional pole-mounted transformers (all white and relatively new) were <br /> on observed near the eastern boundary of the subject property along the frontage road. <br /> Surrounding properties were surveyed at the time of the site reconnaissance. To the north of the <br /> fto subject property are a vineyard and a pallet yard (along Highway 99). To the west are orchards. <br /> To the south is an almond orchard also owned by Zottarelli Ranch. To the east is Highway 99. <br /> Two residential parcels have been carved from the southeast corner of the subject property. <br /> an Debris was observed along the property lines of these parcels, including an abandoned vehicle. <br /> Several trucks which appeared to be inoperable, including a semi-truck, were parked in t e rear <br /> law yard of one of these residences. <br /> am <br /> 10 <br /> Ion <br />
