September 28, 2004 NOA Project Number: E04106A 1.2 Proposed Development ` Ms. Marek indicated in her responses to our environmental questionnaire (signed and dated August 20, 2004) that she would like to separate the residential area on parcel 44 from the main property and that she would like to enlarge parcel 29 to allow more front yard for the house. Ms. .. Marek was interviewed in perso,n on September 8,2004,at which time she stated that the subject property will most likely continue to be used for its current uses after the parcel division and lot line adjustment. 2.0 PAST, PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES low 2.1 Recorded Land Title Records ` A chain of title report not was provided by the client for NOA's use in preparing this report. 2.2 Aerial Photographs to Aerial photographs depicting the subject property dated 1937, 1952, 1963, 1975 and 1983 were reviewed at the San Joaquin County Surveyor's Office in Stockton, California. One additional on photo, dated 1993, was obtained from Microsoft Terraserver. In the 1937 photo, one structure is apparent in the northeast corner of the subject property. A ow residence is apparent on one of the parcels carved from the southeast corner of the property. The northeast corner of the subject property appears to be planted with vineyard,while the remainder bw of the property appears to be vacant or planted with row crops. Highway 99 is apparent to the east of the property. A pond can be seen to the south of the property, and a wetland can be seen to the north. Surrounding land appears to be agricultural with scattered residences. No In the 1952 photo,a new structure in the location of the existing guesthouse and a number of trees are apparent in the northeast corner of the property. A new residence is apparent on the parcels 60 carved from the southeast corner of the property. The eastern third of the property now appears to be planted with vineyard,while the remainder of the property appears to be planted with row crops. A small pond or pen is apparent at the northwest corner of the vineyard. The pond to the Im south and wetland to the north of the property have decreased in size, most likely as a result of the irrigation canal which now runs along the western and southern property lines.
