September 28, 2004 <br /> NOA Project Number: E04106A <br /> 1.2 Proposed Development <br /> ` Ms. Marek indicated in her responses to our environmental questionnaire (signed and dated <br /> August 20, 2004) that she would like to separate the residential area on parcel 44 from the main <br /> property and that she would like to enlarge parcel 29 to allow more front yard for the house. Ms. <br /> .. Marek was interviewed in perso,n on September 8,2004,at which time she stated that the subject <br /> property will most likely continue to be used for its current uses after the parcel division and lot <br /> line adjustment. <br /> 2.0 PAST, PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES <br /> low 2.1 Recorded Land Title Records <br /> ` A chain of title report not was provided by the client for NOA's use in preparing this report. <br /> 2.2 Aerial Photographs <br /> to <br /> Aerial photographs depicting the subject property dated 1937, 1952, 1963, 1975 and 1983 were <br /> reviewed at the San Joaquin County Surveyor's Office in Stockton, California. One additional <br /> on photo, dated 1993, was obtained from Microsoft Terraserver. <br /> In the 1937 photo, one structure is apparent in the northeast corner of the subject property. A <br /> ow residence is apparent on one of the parcels carved from the southeast corner of the property. The <br /> northeast corner of the subject property appears to be planted with vineyard,while the remainder <br /> bw of the property appears to be vacant or planted with row crops. Highway 99 is apparent to the <br /> east of the property. A pond can be seen to the south of the property, and a wetland can be seen <br /> to the north. Surrounding land appears to be agricultural with scattered residences. <br /> No In the 1952 photo,a new structure in the location of the existing guesthouse and a number of trees <br /> are apparent in the northeast corner of the property. A new residence is apparent on the parcels <br /> 60 carved from the southeast corner of the property. The eastern third of the property now appears <br /> to be planted with vineyard,while the remainder of the property appears to be planted with row <br /> crops. A small pond or pen is apparent at the northwest corner of the vineyard. The pond to the <br /> Im south and wetland to the north of the property have decreased in size, most likely as a result of <br /> the irrigation canal which now runs along the western and southern property lines.
