• Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study 1 ferracon <br /> Sun Valley Express Truck Center ■Acampo, California <br /> August 14, 2017 ■ Terracon Project No. NA177026 <br /> According to the United States Geological Survey (USGS) Lodi North (1976) and Lockeford <br /> (1993) California Quadrangles, the elevation of the site is between 55 and 60 feet above mean <br /> sea level with a topographic gradient generally sloping towards the west. The adjoining land is <br /> relatively flat. <br /> 1.1.2 Proposed Development <br /> We understand the site is proposed to be developed in two phases. Phase I construction includes <br /> a 14,000 square foot (SF) office building with parking area for 90 trucks. Phase II construction <br /> includes a 7,000 SF shop building and 4,000 SF office building. We understand the development <br /> will also include an onsite septic disposal system and a storm water retention area. <br />• 1.1.3 Site Vicinity <br /> A detailed vicinity map is included in Appendix A (Exhibit 1). <br /> 1.1.4 Site Map <br /> A detailed site map is included in Appendix A (Exhibit 2). <br /> 1.2 Present and Past Uses of the Site <br /> 1.2.1 Past and Present Site Use <br /> Terracon reviewed the USGS Woodbridge (1910) and Lodi North (1953 and 1976), California <br /> Quadrangle topographic maps, four historical aerial photographs dated 1940, 1952, 1963, and <br /> 1975 provided by the San Joaquin County Surveyors Office and GoogleEarthT" aerial <br /> photographs dated 1993, 2003, 2013, and 2016 to establish a history for the site.
