iv) Compact parking spaces shall be a minimum seven and one-half(71/2)feet wide and sixteen (16)feet long, be individually designated as a compact space, and make up no more than twenty-five(25) percent of the required spaces. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[c]) v) All parking stalls and directional arrows must be delineated with paint. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[d]) vi) Truck parking design standards: vii) Spaces shall be a minimum twenty-five (25) feet in length and fifteen (15) feet in width and shall have a minimum height clearance of fourteen (14) feet. (Development Title Section 9-1015.6[c]) viii) All parking and sale spaces for trucks and all major truck circulation lanes shall be surfaced and permarently maintained with base material of appropriate depth Aggregate Base may be used for trailer storage areas. The drainage pattern and corresponding storm drain improvements shall be shown on the Sive Plan. Drainage calculations prepared by a registered civil engineer or architect shall be included. (Development Title Section 9-1135) g) LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: i) The existing outdoor vegetation and hardscape design shall be incorporated into the site plan review. This satisfies the landscaping requirement. (Development Title Section 9- 1020.7) h) LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following. i) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises.
