iv) Compact parking spaces shall be a minimum seven and one-half(71/2)feet wide and <br /> sixteen (16)feet long, be individually designated as a compact space, and make up no <br /> more than twenty-five(25) percent of the required spaces. (Development Title Section <br /> 9-1015.5[c]) <br /> v) All parking stalls and directional arrows must be delineated with paint. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1015.5[d]) <br /> vi) Truck parking design standards: <br /> vii) Spaces shall be a minimum twenty-five (25) feet in length and fifteen (15) feet in width <br /> and shall have a minimum height clearance of fourteen (14) feet. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1015.6[c]) <br /> viii) All parking and sale spaces for trucks and all major truck circulation lanes shall be <br /> surfaced and permarently maintained with base material of appropriate depth <br /> Aggregate Base may be used for trailer storage areas. Bumper guards shall be <br /> provided when necessary to protect adjacent structures or properties. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1015. 9) <br /> ix) Spaces shall be prov ded and maintained on the same lot as the commercial or <br /> industrial use creating the need therefor; <br /> x) Spaces shall not interfere with vehicular circulation or parking, or with pedestrian <br /> circulation (Development Title Section 9-1015.6[c]) <br /> e) ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on <br /> the Site Plan, <br /> i) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for two-way <br /> aisles and sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles. except that in no case shall driveways <br /> designated as fire department access be less than twenty (20) feet wide. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1015.5[h](1]) <br /> ii) The design of the driveway and traffic circulation plan for the site shall be incorporated <br /> into the construction plans. <br /> f) STORM DRAINAGE: Any additional storm-water drainage created by new improvements <br /> shall be retained on-site. The drainage pattern and corresponding storm drain improvements <br /> shall be shown on the Sive Plan. Drainage calculations prepared by a registered civil <br /> engineer or architect shall be included. (Development Title Section 9-1135) <br /> g) LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> i) The existing outdoor vegetation and hardscape design shall be incorporated into the site <br /> plan review. This satisfies the landscaping requirement.
