iii) Any construction or alteration that exceeds an imaginary surface extending outward and <br /> upward at the following slopes: <br /> a) 100 to 1 for a horizontal distance of 20,000 feet of a public use or military airport <br /> from any point on the runway of each airport with its longest runway more that 3,200 <br /> feet. <br /> b) 50 to 1 for a horizontal distance of 10,000 feet of a public use or military airport from <br /> any point on the runway of each airport with its longest runway no more than 3,200 <br /> feet. <br /> 3 SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY MOSQUITO VECTOR CONTROL DISTRICT(Staff Contact: John <br /> Fritz, 982-4675) <br /> a) Applicants must incorporate mosquito prevention best management practices for the design, <br /> construction, operations and maintenance of the proposed Retention Ponds (copy of <br /> mosquito prevention/stormwater management guidelines attached. <br /> 4 DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (Staff Contact: Alex Chetley, 468-3000) <br /> a- The existing swing gate at the access driveway shall be kept open during all hours of <br /> operation. It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure compliance with this requirement. <br /> b. The developer shall provide drainage facilities and meet the requirements of San Joaquin <br /> County Development Standards. The capacity of both upstream and downstream drainage <br /> facilities cannot be exceeded due to runoff from the development. Retention basins shall be <br /> fenced with six(6)foot high chain link fence or equal when the maximum design depth is 18 <br /> inches or more. Required retention basin capacity shall be calculated and submitted along <br /> with drainage plan for review and approval, prior to release of building permit. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1135) <br /> c. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for any incremental traffic resulting from <br /> this development application. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit <br /> application. The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of payment_ The fee <br /> shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineenng Construction Cost <br /> Index as published by the Engineering News Record. (Resolution R-00-433) <br /> d. The Regional Traffic Impact Fee shall be required for any incremental traffic resulting from <br /> this development application. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit <br /> application. The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of payment. <br /> (Resolution R-06-38) <br /> e. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to the release of building permits. <br /> f Applicant shall file'Permit Registration Documents' (PRD)with the State Water Resources <br /> Control Board (SWRCB), and submit the'Waste Discharge Identification Number' (WDID) <br /> issued by SWRCB to the Department of Public Works. <br />
