The waste water will <br /> be generated from kitchen food production, kitchen utensil washing, restroom waste water <br /> generated by employees, and customer restroom use. We understand from Mr. De Jong the <br /> expected drive up use is up to 200 vehicles per day. The business is primarily designed for drive <br /> up service; however, some of these customers may use a walk up to order.
