Prior to approval of the subdivision <br /> improvement plans, the acoustical analysis shall be amended to account for the proposed driveway <br /> on Parcel 1. <br /> i. UNIFORM FIRE CODE: The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Community Development Department for a building permit: <br /> (1) Fire flow and hydrants shall be provided in accordance with Appendix III-A and III-B of the <br /> California Fire Code or NFPA 1231 of the National Fire Code. [The Woodbridge Fire District <br /> requires fire flow per the CFC (1,000 gpm) with hydrants located per Appendix III-A, and III-B, or <br /> residential fire sprinkler systems installed in all residential dwelling units.] <br /> (2) Fire sprinklers systems shall be installed according to Article 10 of the California Fire Code and <br /> the appropriate standards and guides adopted in Chapter 35 of the California Building Code and <br /> the California Electrical Code. <br /> (3) Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with Section 9022 of the California Fire <br /> Code and the standard adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Association. <br /> (4) The planning application will require a fire access road to be completed before the County <br /> Surveyors office will file the map for record.
