CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-91-7 <br /> PAGE TWO <br /> The construction of the frontage improvements will be deferred <br /> upon execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage Improvement <br /> Agreement prior to approval of the Improvement Plan. (A <br /> $250. 00 fee is required for processing per Ord. No. 3337 in <br /> addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and an estimate for the <br /> required frontage improvements. The estimate shall be <br /> prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section <br /> drawing on a form to be supplied by the Department of Public <br /> Works for approval. As an option the Department of Public <br /> Works will prepare the drawing and estimate for an additional <br /> fee of $100. 00) . <br /> f. The City of Stockton shall verify and approve the additional <br /> effluent discharge into the sanitary sewer system. <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. Since the number non-resident individuals exceed 24 , for at <br /> least 60 days per year, a yearly permit to operate a public <br /> water system under the provision of Title 22, CCR will be <br /> required by the Environmental Health Division prior to <br /> occupancy. <br /> 3 . BUILDING DIVISION <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin Ordinance <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in <br /> the construction plans before submittal to the Building <br /> Inspection Division: <br /> 1. Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br />
