The spaces) <br /> shall be located as close as possible to the primary <br /> entrance (C. C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> 2 . Provide identification signs for the parking space(s) <br /> including the "tow away" sign at each entrance or visible <br /> from each space (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> 3 . The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 inch <br /> per foot (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> 4 . Provide 2-hour area separation wall between the office <br /> and the manufacturing facility. <br /> 4. SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY AIRPORT LAND USE COMMISSION <br /> a. The applicant shall file an Aviation and Hazard Easement, <br /> in favor of San Joaquin County, which shall be signed and <br /> recorded at the San Joaquin County Recorder' s Office, <br /> with a copy sent to the Planning Division. <br /> b. A Noise Disclosure Statement shall be signed by the <br /> property owners and filed at the County Recorders Office. <br /> C. Roof surfaces, radio transmissions, or any other objects <br /> that might distract the pilot or interfere with <br /> navigational or communication equipment shall not be <br /> allowed on this project site. <br /> 5. PLANNING DIVISION <br /> Conditions of Approval <br /> a. Landscape and screening requirements: <br /> 1. Screening of Storage Areas. All storage areas shall <br /> be screened so as not to be visible from public <br /> right-of-way. Screening shall be 6 to 7 feet in <br /> height. Screening on Loomis Ave. shall be across <br /> the rear portion of the project parcel as well as <br /> across Parcel No. 179-110-14 . <br />
