g. All storage materials and related activities shall be enclosed by a screen six to eight feet in height. Items stored within 100 feet of a dedicated street or residential zone shall not be stacked higher than two feet above the adjacent screen. (Development Title Section 9-1022.4[a][21[A]) h. Submit an Improvement Plan, prepared by a registered civil engineer, showing drainage, driveway access details, on-site parking, landscaping, signs, driveway gates, existing and proposed utility services, and grading. Storm drainage run-off shall be retained on the site. The drainage pattern and corresponding storm drain improvements shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. Pond capacity calculations shall be submitted for approval. A plan check fee will be required. (Development Title Section 9-884) i. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: (1) Exterior walls less than 20 feet from a property line shall be constructed of one- hour fire-resistive material. (2) The proposed building shall be provided with an automatic fire sprinkler system or divided into areas less than 6,000 square feet by area separation walls. j. The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: (1) Provide van parking spaces for the physically disabled. The spaces shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., Title 24). The loading/unloading zone shall be on the right side of the parking space. (2) Provide identification signs for the parking spaces, including the*tow away' sign, at each entrance or visible from each space (C.C.R., Title 24). (3) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 inch per foot (C.C.R., Title 24). 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: (See the attached memo from Public Works dated October 20, 1994.) 3.
