DISTRICT 4) . <br /> APPLICANT: William Thompson APN: 179-160-02 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration <br /> Designated Flood Hazard Area . In addition. the existing San Joaquin County <br /> and City of Stockton Flood Insurance Studies . which delineates flood risks , <br /> flood plains . and floodway areas , are currently being re-evaluated. The <br /> re-evaluation is being conducted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, <br /> Region IX. Building 105. Presidio of San Francisco. California 94219. <br /> telephone (415) 923-7186. The re-evaluation may delineate additional flood <br /> risks . The official flood maps are available for review at the Department of <br /> Public Works , 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps will be <br /> updated when the re-evaluation process is completed. <br /> State Route 99 East Frontage Road has an existing right-of-way width of <br /> 46 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 46 feet . <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1 .
