To the north of the parcel <br /> is a commercial facility, to the west is Highway 99, to the south is a motel, and to the east are <br /> mobile homes and single-family residences. Permits reviewed at EHD indicate that the <br /> adjacent motel has existed since at least the 1950s. <br /> 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> 3.1 Existing On-Site Septic Tank Usage <br /> Mr. Serrano indicated during the May 19`s interview that he is aware of only one septic system <br /> on the Site. This septic system provides sewage disposal for the residence. <br /> V <br /> 3.2 Site Septic and Septic Repair Permit History <br /> r. Two septic permits for the Site were found during file review at EHD on May 7, 2004.
