June 10,2005 NOA Project Number: E05070A f 3.2 On-Site Septic Permit History L No septic permits were found for the Site during file review at EHD on June 7,2005. 3.3 On-Site Septic Repair Permit History L No septic repair permits were found for the Site during file review at EHD on June 7, 2005. 3.4 Existing Septic Tank Usage in the Vicinity In an attempt to determine the septic system density for the vicinity of the Site, our office reviewed a 2002 aerial photograph of the subject property available from Microsoft Terraserver. We counted / Lthe building clusters within one square mile of the Site,and made the assumption that each building cluster has one septic system. Using this method,we determined that there are a minimum of 40 septic systems per square mile in the immediate vicinity of the Site. 3.5 Septic Permit History in the Vicinity j The following septic system permits were found for the vicinity of the Site during file review at EHD on June 7, 2005: Table 1.
