June 10,2005 <br /> NOA Project Number: E05070A <br /> f 3.2 On-Site Septic Permit History <br /> L <br /> No septic permits were found for the Site during file review at EHD on June 7,2005. <br /> 3.3 On-Site Septic Repair Permit History <br /> L <br /> No septic repair permits were found for the Site during file review at EHD on June 7, 2005. <br /> 3.4 Existing Septic Tank Usage in the Vicinity <br /> In an attempt to determine the septic system density for the vicinity of the Site, our office reviewed <br /> a 2002 aerial photograph of the subject property available from Microsoft Terraserver. We counted / <br /> Lthe building clusters within one square mile of the Site,and made the assumption that each building <br /> cluster has one septic system.
