The land grades gently to the southwest. <br /> According to San Joaquin Community Development Department, the Site is zoned I-L,Limited <br /> Industrial. This zoning designation"is intended to provide for light impact manufacturing, J <br /> warehousing,wholesaling, construction contracting,and distribution uses" (www.co.san- <br /> Ljoaquin.ca.us,2003). <br /> L2 Proposed Development <br /> LAccording to Ted Green,the proposed development is to construct a 40,000 square foot building <br /> on a 5-acre parcel which will be used as a wholesale supply warehouse. The building will include <br /> parking,utilities, landscape, septic and a water well. The single family home on the property will be <br /> demolished along with the pool and septic system. One permit was found for the installation of a new septic <br /> Lsystem, and another permit was found for the repair of the system. <br /> L2 <br />
