Newton Road APN: 092-160-03 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood <br /> Hazard Area. The 100 year Flood Depth will be approximately one (1) Foot above the natural <br /> ground elevation. In addition, the existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood <br /> Insurance Studies , which delineate flood risks, floodplains and floodway areas, are currently <br /> being reevaluated. The reevaluation is being conducted by the Federal Emergency Management <br /> Agency, Region IX, Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, California 94129-1250, telephone <br /> (415) 923-7186. The reevaluation may delineate additional flood risks. The official flood maps <br /> are available for review at the Department of Public Works, 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, <br /> Stockton. These flood maps will be updated when the reevaluation process is completed. <br /> Newton Road has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet and a planned right-of-way width of <br /> 84 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br />
