(3) Each parking stall shall be an unobstructed rectangle, minimum nine (9) feet wide and twenty <br /> (20)feet long. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[b]) <br /> (4) Parking spaces for persons with disability shall be provided as required by Chapters 11A and <br /> 11 B of the California Building Code. <br /> f. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site <br /> Plan: <br /> (1) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for two-way aisles and <br /> sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles, except that in no case shall driveways designated as fire <br /> department access be less than twenty (20) feet wide. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following; <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be installed. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the <br /> property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that such <br /> light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) This project will be required to comply with the Model Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance <br /> Requirement per California Code of Regulations,Title 23, Division 2, Chapter 2.7. <br /> (1) A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way width of E. <br /> Quashnick Road, shall be installed across the frontage of the project site. (Development Title <br /> Section9-1020.7[a]) <br /> The existing landscaping meets this requirement. <br /> (2) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor storage areas, <br /> or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. (Development Title Section 9-1020.7[a]) <br /> (4) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and kept <br /> mowed and dust free. <br /> I. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A solid masonry wall six (6) to seven (7) feet in height shall be erected along the eastern <br /> property line of APN: 086-020-01. (Development Title Section 9-1022.4[d][1]) <br /> (3) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be enclosed by <br /> a screen six(6) to seven (7)feet in height. Outside storage is not permitted in front yards, street <br /> side yards, or in front of main buildings. (Development Title Section 9-1022.4[d][21) <br /> j. SIGNS: Sign details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1710 of the Development Title and be <br /> included on the Site Plan.
