The CalSites database has <br /> information about sites that are known to be contaminated with hazardous substances. <br /> The databases search identified no sites. <br /> • SWIS (California Solid Waste Information System). SWIS contains information on <br /> the location and operation of active and inactive landfills. A one-half('/2)mile radius <br /> check of the project for sites listed on the SWIS identified no sites. <br /> y LUST (California Leaking Underground Storage Tank Information System). The <br /> LUST report contains all LUST sites within a'/2 mile radius. The data search for the <br /> subject property identified one (1) site within the search reAius it has no impact the <br /> subject property. <br /> • All of the other databases reviewed identified no facilities on the subject property or <br /> adjacent properties. <br /> 5.0 SITE SURVEY <br /> On April 17, 2003, M.G.Nelson PhD of Environmental Safety Services(ESS)conducted a <br /> Phase I Environmental Assessment,of the property at 2172 River Drive,Stockton,California. <br /> The site is identified as APN's 01 11-020-27 & 29. The site survey consisted of visual <br /> observation of the site and surrounding area. <br /> For photographs of the site see the appendix. <br /> 5.1 Hazardous Substances in Connection with Identified Uses <br /> • Asbestos-containing materials(ACM) <br /> None noted. Vacant parcels. The residence may due to age of construction <br /> have small amounts of ACM in the roofing and interior flooring materials. <br /> • Urea formaldehyde foam insulation <br /> None noted. Vacant parcels <br /> • Transformers or other electrical equipment that uses dielectric fluid <br /> PG&E has a pole mounted transformer at the east side of APN 111-020-29, <br /> Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) has replaced all known transformers <br /> containing levels of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB) in excess of fifty parts <br /> per million (50 ppm) in accordance with federal law. <br /> 6 <br />
