Types of activity in the <br /> ' area include crop fertilization, pesticides and other chemicals used to protect the vineyards. <br /> Insecticides, pesticides, and fertilizers typically do not significantly impact groundwater at these <br /> ' depths. However, as with any agricultural area, there is always a potential for contamination due to <br /> chemicals used in the farming operation. <br /> ' 4.3 Description of Location (address/APN), Type and Construction of Well and Location <br /> (well head/kitchen tap) Where Water Sample(s)were obtai •.Water samples were taken from a <br /> spigot at domestic well located on the subject property, 6n- <br /> May 42O16, Shaun Mackey of Dillon <br /> ' & Murphy. <br /> 4.4. Description of Constituents Being Tested for in the Water Sample: The water samples are <br /> ' being tested for nitrates and DBCP. r- <br /> 4.5 Description of How Sample was Obtained,Handled, Stored, and Transported to the <br /> ' Lab: The water samples were obtained from a spigot at the domestic well located at 21570 E. <br /> River Road. The samples were taken by Shaun Mackey of Dillon& Murphy, and driven directly to <br /> Precision Enviro-Tech. The samples were taken and handled in accordance with Precision Enviro- <br /> Tech requirements. The results from the test can be found in the Appendix. <br /> 4.6 Complete Chain of Custody Document,Including Printed and Signed Name of Third <br /> ' Party Sampler, Condition of Sample and Date and Time the Sample was Submitted to the <br /> Lab. For Laboratory Samplers, Complete Laboratory Report to Include the Above Noted <br /> Information: The complete chain of custody document is locatein the Appendix. <br /> ' 5.0 SOIL PROFILE INFORMATION SECTION <br /> ' 5.1 Site Map Showing the Location,with Dimensions, of the Soil Profiled Pit on the Parcel. See <br /> Appendix. <br /> 5.2 Description of Soil Profile Pit Including Depth and Dimensions. The shallow test holes <br /> were prepared per County Standards.
