No traffic on public roads, air quality can <br /> be maintained by using water truck for dust suppression within excavation area and temporary haul <br /> roads, no visual impact to the general public,no impact to groundwater, and material will be processed <br /> at the existing plant combined with other materials normally being processed at this facility. <br /> 111. DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSED RECLAMATION <br /> A. Subsequent Use(s): <br /> I. All disturbed land,including quarry slopes,will be reclaimed back to farming <br /> capability; proposed to be an almond orchard with sprinkler irrigation. <br /> 2 Evidence that owners of possessory interest(including surface rights)have been <br /> notified of the proposed use or potential uses after reclamation is attached as <br /> Attachment"D". <br /> 3. Not applicable to this project. <br />
